ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Le Rituel Healthcare, we are committed to processing and shipping orders efficiently. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed and shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.

  • The email must include:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled.
  • The customer must follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Subscription or Recurring Orders (If Applicable)

For products purchased under subscription or recurring billing:

  • Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • If cancellation is requested after billing has occurred, the order will be processed and shipped.
  • Subscription cancellations can be requested via:
    • Customer account portal, or

4. Digital Products (If Applicable)

All digital products are considered final sale and cannot be canceled once delivered.

5. Fraud Prevention

Le Rituel Healthcare reserves the right to:

  • Refuse cancellation requests suspected of abuse
  • Cancel any order flagged for fraudulent activity
  • Request additional verification before processing cancellation

6. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution and could result in account restrictions.

7. Compliance with U.S. Consumer Protection Laws

This policy complies with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights granted under applicable law.
